How this Works

Lifetime Google Workspace refers to the older versions of Google's suite of productivity tools (formerly known as Google Apps and later G Suite) before the rebranding to "Google Workspace" in October 2012. The G-suite versions included popular applications like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, among others. These tools were offered in various editions tailored to different users, including businesses, schools, and individuals.

The transition to Google Workspace introduced new features, improved integration across the suite, and a more unified branding. It also brought changes to the pricing structure and subscription plans. Google aimed to create a more integrated experience for communication and collaboration with this update.

For users of the lifetime versions, Google announced that they would need to transition to a paid Google Workspace subscription plan to continue using their services or find alternatives if they did not wish to switch to the new paid models. This phase-out of the free lifetime edition has been part of Google's broader strategy to streamline their offerings and focus on their enterprise and business clients.

So Why does this work?

In early 2022, after announcing the discontinuation of the free edition, Google faced significant pushback from long-time users of the service. In response, they offered a temporary reprieve allowing personal use accounts to continue without immediate payment. This was meant to help users who were using these accounts in a non-commercial capacity, such as for families or small personal projects.

Under this concession, users who had been utilizing the free G-suite edition for personal purposes were allowed to maintain their services for free under the following conditions:

1. Non-commercial use: The accounts must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Limited features: The accounts may have reduced or limited features compared to the newer, paid Google Workspace plans.
3. User limit: These accounts include a certain number of user slots (up to 600 users), which was typical under the original free G Suite offering for small businesses and organizations.

The intent was to allow users to continue using the service without disruption while encouraging commercial users to upgrade to the more robust, paid versions of Google Workspace that include full business functionality and support.

🔷If it is marked for personal use how can I use it for business?

It is important to understand that Google Workspace accounts, whether they are accounts marked for personal use or newer business-oriented accounts, are subject to Google's Acceptable Use Policy and Gmail's sending limits. These guidelines are designed to protect users and maintain the integrity of the service. Under these policies, sending unsolicited bulk emails, or "cold emailing," is generally not allowed and can lead to enforcement actions, such as restrictions on email sending or even account suspension. This applies to all types of Google Workspace accounts.

This is a risk that you take whether you pay per month or get a lifetime account.

🔷Can I buy more than one account?

Yes, if you need more than 600 email addresses you can buy more than one account.

🔷Is there a big risk having all my emails under one google workspace user?

There is a lot of talk about if this is a big risk or not.

We have users who send millions of emails a month through these accounts with no problem and have been sending a very long time doing that.

Many of these cloud resellers are getting you an admin account that has many users on it and either you are just a shared user in that workspace or they put all your accounts under one admin account.

The best thing to do is to stay away from real abuse and spam. If you are sending things that people want and they don't mark you as abuse you will have no problem.

🔷Do you Set up our email accounts?

We do offer email account setup for instantly, reach inbox, smartlead etc. There is a setup fee that is dependent on the amount of emails you need us to set up for you.

We will take care of all dns records: SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MX Records and adding the accounts to your sending platform of choice (instantly, reachinbox, etc)

🔷How is the account delievered?

Once purchased you will receive an email with a CNAME record to add to your domain. Once google's servers verify that you own the domain we will send you another email with your admin username and password. At this stage the account is fully yours and you can remove us from your account.
